About Me

Hi, I’m Griz — a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Army veteran with a master’s degree in Exercise Science.

My journey into fitness started with my own recovery from injury and a desire to feel strong again—not just physically, but mentally too. Over the years, I’ve worked with women who felt stuck, unsure where to start, and overwhelmed by all the noise in the fitness world.

My Mission

To help individuals build strength, confidence, and better habits—without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations.

You’re ready to go all-in with structured, high-touch support.

This is also a strong option for anyone who needs a mix of performance training, corrective work, and regular guidance.
